Molly is a lifelong multimedia artist who turned two of her biggest passions, creating and motherhood, into writing and illustrating children’s books.

Molly received a bachelors of art in Fashion Design and then went on to study in Florence, Italy, where she received her masters in Footwear Design. During her years of training, she developed a love for creating with textiles, especially leather, and a love for fashion illustration.

Fast forward several years later, Molly now has three beautifully unique and amazing children who she has the honor of raising and educating as a stay at home mom. Seeing a need in their generation to be affirmed in who they were created to be, not in who the world tells them they should be, she was inspired to write and illustrate “The Me I Was Made To Be.” It was an adventure that allowed her to take aspects of her training and combine it with aspects of a completely uncharted territory, and turn it into a passion project she had no idea was inside of her. Her hope is that every child who reads it will be inspired to be confident in who they truly are, and just maybe, that every adult who reads it might be reminded of that too.
